GDRA_Wiederitzsch

2006 - 2008 Wiederitzsch gas pressure control station

The Wiederitzsch gas pressure control station is a natural gas reducing station of VNG - Verbundnetz Gas AG/MITGAS GmbH with an outlet of PN 16 and an outlet of PN 4. It was installed in 1999, and is used for gas flow-rate measurement, gas pressure control and gas odorization. To guarantee the long-term supply of natural gas and to connect the gas storage for optimized supply via the PN 84 interconnecting line (Bernburg/Peißen - Wiederitzsch), the second stage of construction of the Wiederitzsch transfer and control station was set up. In this connection, selected conversions or retrofits respectively were performed on the first stage of construction at the same time. Download PDF

VST_Brammer

2006 - 2008 Installation of a compressor station at the Brammer operating site

A compressor station was installed at the site of the former Brammer gate valve station, for the purpose of pressure boosting the gas coming from the regions of Nordhannover or Völkersen. Pressure boosting for the gas coming from the Völkersen region was initially implemented with a machine unit, and pressure boosting for the gas coming from the Nordhannover region was implemented by means of two machine units. Via the Wirtheim gas pressure control and measuring station, Gas-Union Transport GmbH & Co. KG feeds natural gas from the long-distance gas line of WINGAS TRANSPORT GmbH & Co. 2004 Premnitz transfer control station

Due to the conversion of the long-distance gas pipeline No. 110 to high-caloric gas (MOP 25) in the section from Steinitz to Premnitz in the fall of 2001 and the changed feeding parameters of the downstream pipeline systems (MOP 16), it became necessary for VNG - Verbundnetz Gas AG to install a gas pressure control and measuring station on the premises of the Premnitz pipeline scraper station, also known as ÜRST Premnitz (transfer control station). 2003 - 2004 Bernburg/Peißen gas reducing and control station

The Bernburg/Peißen gas reducing and control station was designed to supply gas to the Northern Harz region as a main feeding point and to optimize gas procurement for MITGAS GmbH. Due to an emergency at the Bernburg/Peißen gas reducing and control station in which all process levels including preheating were completely destroyed, MITGAS GmbH has installed a new gas pressure control and measuring station, designed as a gas reducing and control station with the functionality of the old station to guarantee natural gas supply and connection to the gas storage within the scope of the optimization of gas procurement. 2003 - 2005 Plant for gas drying and gas condensate removal at the aboveground installation of the Kirchheilingen underground gas storage

For high-quality gas supply to the grids of gas utilities, an adsorption plant for combined gas drying and condensate removal was installed at the aboveground installation of the Kirchheiligen underground gas storage of VNG - Verbundnetz Gas AG to avoid condensate loss in the customer grids. Due to the demand for conveying routes from the East European transit line system to the superordinate West European long-distance gas pipeline systems, it was necessary to connect the long-distance gas pipeline No. 302 to the JAGAL pipeline (WINGAS GmbH).
For VNG - Verbundnetz Gas AG, it was necessary to install a remote-controlled natural gas pressure control and measuring station of the parameters detailed below at the grid node of Bernau (in the German state of Brandenburg) where the long-distance gas pipelines No. 302 and No. 211 join up. 2003 Kienbaum measuring and control station

To be able to feed more natural gas from the East European transit grid system into the supraregional West European long-distance gas conveyor pipeline, an interconnecting pipeline approx. 40 km long was installed on behalf of the owners, Ruhrgas AG and VNG - Verbundnetz Gas AG.
