Preparation of process flow diagrams, designs, safety-related analyses

Our engineers, specialised in process engineering, are responsible for the process technological design of the plants. On the basis of the technical and economic objectives specified by the customer, suitable processes are selected on the basis of which the overall concept of the plants is developed. This procedure basically determines the content of planning phases Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and/or Basic Engineering. Functionality, safety, cost-efficiency and environmental compatibility are highly taken into account.

We offer the following services, among others, for compressor stations, aboveground gas storage facilities and gas drying plants:

• Development and creation of process flow diagrams (PFD) and process and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID)
• Procedural layout of individual components or equipments
• Safety-related analyses (HAZOP/SIL)
• Preparation of commissioning documentation and leading the commissioning process
• Preparation of operating manuals
• Creation of process engineering basics for further disciplines, currently such as for LNG-plants
